Je m'arranche souvent les cheveux pour traduire ce terme un peu "passe-partout" mais dont les nuances sont à restituer au cas par cas.
Lorsque insights est au pluriel (c'est le cas ici), j'ai l'impression qu'il prend parfois le sens d'un renseignement permettant de mieux appréhender quelque chose.
Mais je n'y mettrais pas ma main à couper...

: No worries. I was tempted to chose this answer as well. Very subtle nuance (renseignement = "intelligence" in english which is rated as similar word in the Collins dictionnary. By the way, insight/understanding is most often derived from intelligence)
