Вроде-бы так, а под "standard shredder" (вместо "правильного shredder'а") в данном случае наверняка подразумеваются обычные ножницы, либо "пальцы рук", измельчающие страшные бумаги в обрезки, (но недостаточно мелкие)

контейнер для секретных документов
Я бы сказала засекреченный контейнер; по крайней мере так его называют в казино. Там после уничтожения карт обычным шрейдером остатки собирают в засекреченный контейнер, после чего их повторно разрезают на маленькие кусочки, после чего уже невозможно распознавать карты.

Об увозе уничтоженных б/у карт ведётся специальный учет, также как о том, что при начале смены сколько пачек было вынесено из "карточной комнаты" (работала в казино 2 года)

and it is not "sekretnaja" - just "konfidentsial'naja" informatsia (ili 'info. ogranitchennogo dostupa'). My bank account number is not "sekret", but it's confidential, and limited number of specialists can access to it (unless I grant it, say, to my son).

We have it in the Bank Centre as work with clients' confidential information.
Basically, it is a a plastic garbage bin with a lid/cover and a slot in it (in the cover, where you put your papers, shredded or cut or not). The cover has a lock with a key (but that key can be used only by Department Manager). Every 3 days a special company truck arrives they pick the bin, and give us the empties.

And, mind, that "confidential waste" means NOT only "bumagi" (paper), but, say, 'kopirki' as well, so it's more than "sekretnie bumagi".
