Source text - English A soft warmth emanated from the stone when it touched her skin. She closed her eyes, overcome with a feeling of relaxation, but when she opened them again a flash of light burst forth from the necklace and suddenly she was younger, lying in her mom’s arms. Her mom’s hair tickled as it brushed Allie’s cheek. Those soft blue eyes stared down lovingly, the warm summer breeze tingled as it caressed her skin, carrying with it the scent of strawberries. The warmth of the stone engulfed her like a bath and, for a moment, she saw only the bright light as it flared again. She smelled fresh air, like a forest after the rain. Was she floating? The pleasant sensation drifted through her body and she was in the passenger seat of her mom’s car, her mom driving while calm music played in the distance.
Translation - Portuguese Um suave calor emanou da pedra quando ela tocou seu peito. Ela fechou os olhos, absorta em uma sensação de relaxamento, mas quando os abriu, um raio de luz saiu de dentro da pedra e de uma hora para outra ela estava mais nova, nos braços de sua mãe. O cabelo de sua mãe fazia cócegas ao encostar na bochecha de Allie. Aqueles suaves olhos azuis a olhavam apaixonadamente, a brisa de verão a pinicava de leve ao passar por sua pele, carregando consigo o aroma de morangos. O calor da pedra a envolveu como se fosse um lençol e, por um momento, ela só viu a luz brilhante que emanava novamente. Ela sentia o cheiro de ar fresco, como em uma floresta após a chuva. Estaria ela flutuando? A agradável sensação percorreu seu corpo e ela se viu sentada no banco do passageiro, sua mãe ao volante e uma música suave tocava ao longe.
