Spanish term or phrase: representación errónea de importancia relativa
Source text:
Estuvimos alerta a la posible existencia de errores y fraudes según lo establecido en las Normas Internacionales de Auditoria NIA 315, que pudieran conducir a una representación errónea de importancia relativa en el Estado de efectivo recibido y desembolsos efectuado.

Translation:
We considered the possible existence of mistakes and frauds as provided in the International Auditing Standard 315, that could lead to a material effect on the misstatement of the "statement" of cash received and disbursements made.

All your suggestions are appreciated.

material misstatement
Explanation:
"importancia relativa" is how the term "materiality" is rendered in Spanish. So it's understandable (albeit a bit confusing) that "material" is expressed as "de importancia relativa"
So: " .... that could lead to a material misstatement in the cash flow statement"

significant misrepresentation

Explanation:
It can be expressed much more concisely in English. I don't think you need to translate "relativa".

The "estado de efectivo recibido y desembolsos efectuado" is the income statement.
