agree  Ninoslav Matijevic: Slažem se. Termin "plating" se najčešće prevodi kao "galvanizovanje", odnosno "nanošenje nekog metala". U ovom slučaju, odnosi se na proces nanošenja "ekstrakta" na agar ploče.
